A Reputed Banquet Hall located in Juhu, running for the last 17 years, requires a Young, Dynamic, Presentable Banquet Manager.

Qualification:



1)Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management from a recognized Institute.

2) Preferred Age: 35 to 45 years

3) Gujarati Speaking will be an additional advantage.

Experience:



Minimum 5-7 years of Relevant Professional experience

:



Proficiency in catering management

Looking after Marketing, Sales, and other Operational activities

Proficiency in handling Clients and Visitors

Experience in supervising around 25 numbers of banquet staff and all kinds of Chefs

Should be able to handle 2 Banquet halls with a capacity of 80 to 120 guests

Exceptional ability to plan banquets, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.

Extensive knowledge of catering equipment and venue requirements.

In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
