Job Purpose

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Duties and Responsibilities - \xe2\x80\xa2 To achieve collection targets of the area assigned, ensuring meeting PI Targets, meeting the Target on Cost of Collections. \xe2\x80\xa2 Control bucket flow cases and focus on non-starters.\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring documented feedback.\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing of products\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring audit queries are complied with.\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring adequate \xe2\x80\x9cFeet on Street\xe2\x80\x9d availability area-wise / bucket-wise / segment-wise.\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for Collection Officers / Agencies / DMAs, monitoring performance against set parameters and Weekly review with the collection executives.\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring background and reference check of agencies / DCTs being appointed.\xe2\x80\xa2 Constant evaluation of DCTs and agencies.\xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and manage training needs for the CEs.\xe2\x80\xa2 Support collection officers in legal / police issues.\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring timely and profitable disposal of seized stock & safe custody of seized products\xe2\x80\xa2 Visit Random customers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• \xe2\x80\xa2 People Management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiation Skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability to lead from the front. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent relationship skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Affirmative in nature, Strong Leadership Skills, Clarity of thought and perseverance.. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working knowledge of computers.
