Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Duties and Responsibilities - \xd0\xa5 To achieve collection targets of the area assigned
ensuring meeting PI Targets

meeting the Target on Cost of Collections. \xd0\xa5 Control bucket flow cases and focus on non-starters. \xd0\xa5 Ensuring documented feedback. \xd0\xa5 Ensuring legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing of products \xd0\xa5 Ensuring audit queries are complied with. \xd0\xa5 Ensuring adequate \xd0\xa3Feet on Street\xd0\xa4 availability area-wise / bucket-wise / segment-wise. \xd0\xa5 Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for Collection Officers / Agencies / DMAs

monitoring performance against set parameters and Weekly review with the collection executives. \xd0\xa5 Ensuring background and reference check of agencies / DCTs being appointed. \xd0\xa5 Constant evaluation of DCTs and agencies. \xd0\xa5 Identify and manage training needs for the CEs. \xd0\xa5 Support collection officers in legal / police issues. \xd0\xa5 Ensuring timely and profitable disposal of seized stock & safe custody of seized products \xd0\xa5 Visit Random customers.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- \xd0\xa5 People Management skills. \xd0\xa5 Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. \xd0\xa5 Excellent communication skills. \xd0\xa5 Negotiation Skills \xd0\xa5 Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. \xd0\xa5 Demonstrated ability to lead from the front. \xd0\xa5 Excellent relationship skills. \xd0\xa5 Affirmative in nature, Strong Leadership Skills, Clarity of thought and perseverance.. \xd0\xa5 Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter. \xd0\xa5 Working knowledge of computers.
