Objective: To build a Housing Finance company that transforms the lives and livelihoods of informal self employed to find a home and finance a home with his/her professional expertise and proven ability.Job Details: 1. Daily visits to affordable housing customers who have expressed requirements for home loans along with the Sales team2. Recruit Sales Team and work towards retaining them3. Develop strong relations with builders, developers and channels to source leads from builders with daily visits to expand their business with the company.
4. Manage customer acquisition and channel management on a daily field visits backed by digital marketing campaign and paperless processes.5. Work closely with credit, operations, technology, customer service functions to deliver a superior customer experience6. Build & execute the Sales & Distribution strategy of the Organization across your location for affordable home loans & business loans.7. Build a sustainable & cost-effective business origination /sourcing model to originate good quality portfolio. Responsible for acquisition and achieving numbers along with portfolio quality.8. The role of the Area Business Head requires a deep understanding of informal and semi formal businesses and their livelihood, digital technology, CRM, industry knowledge & market intelligence. And to engage the builders, channels and customers for our three offerings - find my home (apnagharkhoj.com), finance my home (agrimhfc.com) and improve my livelihood (super partnerships tie-up).9. Creating a demand funnel using partnership, alternate channels for lead generation. Lead a tech driven sales vertical focused on sourcing business from direct sources, referrals, aggregators, fintechs, developers and builders.10.
