Duties and Responsibilities

Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches in the area assigned.- Credit appraisal for BL & Doctor Loans files for the assigned location- Keeping delinquency under control- Compliance of policy and processes- Reporting of location metrics like Login, Approval, Disbursal, Rejection, Deviation on monthly basis as per prescribed format- Market Research and Feedback for new product launch.- Feed back on credit policy based on market conditions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

oChartered Accountant /MBA Finance with 2-3 years of relevant experience.oHas worked with reputed Bank/Financial Institution in unsecured high ticket size loansoPositive attitude and team player
