Job Summary



Square Business Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Admin Deputy Manager

to support and streamline administrative operations within our BPO environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient facility operations, ensuring compliance, managing vendors, and leading administrative teams. This role requires strong coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively to support business continuity and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Facility Management:


Oversee end-to-end management of office facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient workspace for all employees of Square Business Services Pvt. Ltd.

Vendor Coordination:


Manage relationships and service quality of vendors such as housekeeping, security, maintenance, transportation, and cafeteria services.

Compliance & Audits:


Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to BPO operations. Assist in internal and external audits and maintain required documentation.

Asset & Inventory Management:


Monitor and manage office assets, consumables, and equipment. Ensure accurate tracking and timely replenishment through proper documentation.

Budget Support:


Assist in preparing and managing the administrative budget with a focus on cost-effective procurement and operational efficiency.

Workplace Safety & Security:


Oversee implementation of safety protocols, fire safety equipment, regular workplace inspections, and emergency preparedness procedures.

Employee Support:


Address administrative needs of employees including seating arrangements, access control, facility-related concerns, and general support.

Team Leadership:


Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks, review performance, and provide guidance and training to ensure smooth operations.

Event & Logistics Coordination:


Manage logistics for office events, training programs, induction sessions, and meetings, ensuring seamless execution.

Documentation & Reporting:


Maintain proper documentation of admin processes, vendor contracts, facility activities, compliance records, and share periodic reports with the management.

Business Continuity Assistance:


Support the planning and implementation of business continuity measures to ensure uninterrupted BPO operations.

Qualifications



Education:

Graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

Experience:

4-6 years of administrative experience, preferably in a BPO or large corporate environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office, facility management systems, and basic IT coordination for admin requirements.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities; capable of multitasking and working under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?33,333.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
