We are hiring a

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

who will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high standards of depot hygiene. The Warehouse Manager will lead a team of up to 20-30 members, focusing on ownership, team alignment, and vendor management to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of up to 20-30 warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods and materials, ensuring effective vendor management and follow-up Ensure accuracy in data entry and inventory management, utilizing both basic and advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis Oversee team performance, training, and ground-level process implementation
Conduct regular training sessions for team members to align with company standards and best practices.

Requirement:

Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in warehouse management

Proven experience in managing a team of up to 20 members, with strong leadership and team alignment skills.

Excellent vendor management and follow-up abilities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Strong adaptability to changing environments and operational requirements.

Proficient in basic and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Strong organizational and scheduling skills to optimize warehouse operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
