: Depot In-charge

The Depot In-charge is responsible for the overall operations of the company's local storage and distribution hub.

Inventory Management:

Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of roofing materials (UPVC sheets, stone-coated tiles, etc.).

Stock Accuracy:

Conducting regular physical stock audits to ensure that the system inventory matches the actual floor stock.

Logistics Coordination:

Scheduling deliveries, managing vehicle movement, and coordinating with transporters to meet customer deadlines.

Team Supervision:

Managing warehouse staff, loaders, and delivery personnel to maintain high productivity.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensuring the depot adheres to safety standards, including the proper handling of heavy metal sheets and fire safety protocols.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of Inward/Outward movements, delivery notes (Challans), and invoices.
