Job Description

A Deposit Relationship Officer is responsible for sourcing and managing customer investments in Fixed Deposits (FD) and Recurring Deposits (RD). The role involves identifying potential customers, explaining deposit products, and guiding them through the investment process. The officer builds and maintains relationships with clients to ensure trust and long-term engagement. Key duties include achieving deposit mobilization targets, collecting necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies, and addressing client queries or concerns. The role may require field visits to meet clients and promote products. Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills are essential for success in this position.
