About the role

We are looking for

2 interns

to join our Deployment team and support retail CRM integrations across grocery, pharmacy, fashion, and eCommerce. This is a

hands-on apprenticeship

, not a typical internship. You will work closely with the deployment team on live client integrations and gradually take ownership of deployment components.
High performers will be converted to

full-time roles within 3-4 months

, with a clear growth path.

What You'll Do

Support client deployment calls, BRD preparation, and project kickoffs Track integration progress, follow up on blockers, and coordinate across internal teams Maintain deployment documentation and support UAT and go-live activities

Who We're Looking For

Education / Background

Candidates should have one of the following backgrounds:

MBA graduates / pursuing MBA

, preferably with exposure to operations, analytics, or technology

Engineering graduates / final-year students

(Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields) Candidates with a

combination of Engineering + MBA

will be strongly preferred

Core Skills (Non-Negotiable)

Excellent communication skills

Strong analytical and logical thinking

bility to identify edge cases, gaps, and ask the right clarifying questions

Functional Exposure (Any one is sufficient)

Basic understanding of APIs and integrations Experience in a customer-facing or technical coordination role Exposure to retail, loyalty, CRM, or eCommerce technology

Nice to Have

Familiarity with CRM or analytics platforms Project coordination or operations experience Exposure to retail or Middle East market context * Background in mobile or web development
