Summary: As a Deployment Network Engineer, you will design and deploy telecommunication network infrastructures. Your typical day will involve managing construction and adaptation services for both new and existing points of presence and base stations. You will also be responsible for implementing, commissioning, and decommissioning network equipment, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively to meet organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
