Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary: As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams to ensure that all deployment-related activities are aligned and progressing as scheduled. You will oversee work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation while also monitoring metrics and training initiatives. Engaging with stakeholders and managing interdependencies will be crucial to your role, ensuring that the deployment plan is executed effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and ensure smooth deployment. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the deployment process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Experience in resource allocation and budget management. - Ability to analyze metrics and provide actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
