Summary: As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that all deployment-related activities are aligned. You will monitor and control progress, facilitating training and pilot programs to ensure a smooth deployment process. Roles & Responsibilities: o Own and lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting (On-Premises and/or Public Cloud) o Act as the primary finance solution advisor for group consolidation, intercompany eliminations, COI (Consolidation of Investments), and legal reporting. o Manage client workshops to define Group Reporting architecture, scope, and reporting requirements. o Oversee setup of: o Consolidation Units, Groups, Versions, FS Items, Hierarchies and other master data o Currency translation, ICMR (intercompany matching and reconciliation), Intercompany elimination, COI, manual journal postings, and consolidation monitors o Govern GRDC form-based data collection and flat file integration for non-S/4 entities o Ensure smooth integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Analysis for Office o Define governance models, lead quality reviews, and support UAT, cutover, and hyper care o Mentor and manage a team of L10/L8 consultants and guide their career progression o Support pre-sales, including solutioning, estimations, client presentations, and RFP responses o Contribute to knowledge assets, delivery accelerators, and internal capability building Professional & Technical Skills: o 12+ years of Finance/overall experience including at least 5+ years of hands-on SAP Group Reporting implementation o Proven experience in at least 2-3 full-cycle Group Reporting implementations o Strong knowledge of: o Consolidation processes (legal and management) o Legal consolidation processes i.e Data collection, Currency translation, Elimination, reclassification and other processes o Ownership structure handling, IC reconciliation, COI, Elimination, reporting, o Data Monitor / Consolidation Monitor tasks o Extensibility and new changes/roadmap o Experience in at least 3+ full lifecycle implementations of SAP Group Reporting (S/4 On-premise or Public Cloud) o Good exposure to SAP BPC and/or SAC Planning is an advantage o SAP certification in Group Reporting or S/4HANA for Finance preferred o Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities o Ability to lead global teams, manage escalations, and drive delivery excellence o Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills Additional Information: - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
