Job Summary

We are seeking an

experienced Departmental Manager

for our well-established fashion retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily departmental operations, driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a high-performing retail team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned department Achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance Lead, train, and supervise departmental staff Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards Manage stock levels, replenishment, and visual merchandising Monitor inventory, shrinkage, and loss prevention activities Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to store management Ensure compliance with company policies and retail SOPs
Eligibility & Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (mandatory) Minimum

3 years of experience

as a Departmental Manager in a

fashion or apparel retail showroom

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage teams Good knowledge of fashion retail operations and merchandising Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in branded fashion or lifestyle retail stores Strong customer-centric mindset Immediate joiners are highly preferred
