Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support daily operations in your assigned department. Manage team performance, work schedules, and task delegation. Ensure products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and accurately priced. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing or warehouse teams. Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues. Train and guide staff on product knowledge and store policies. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and stock reports. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the department. Support promotional setups, seasonal merchandising, and in-store marketing. Enforce company policies and loss prevention measures.

Specific Roles :

Cash Supervisor:

Oversee cashiers, manage tills, ensure accurate transactions, and handle daily cash reconciliation.

Back Store Supervisor:

Manage storage areas, receiving deliveries, stock rotation, and product flow to the sales floor.

Chilled & Dairy / Fish / Butchery / Deli:

Ensure proper handling, temperature control, freshness, and hygiene in perishable departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
