Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities of the team. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with production and other relevant departments to address and resolve issues. Lead, motivate, and mentor the teams to achieve departmental goals.
Effectively communicate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and information exchange.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
