Apply now! About the department DD&IT GBS is a team of 800+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Service (GBS) Bangalore. The strategic objectives of DD& IT GBS are to support growth in an efficient and effective manner and provide flexible working models with a focus on operational excellence. DD&IT GBS provides various IT services across Novo Nordisk, the services include, system management, project management, infrastructure management, compliance management, IT security management, process management and vendor management.The Project Manager position is open for the Business Support area which supports the VP office in driving strategic projects. The Position As a Department Coordinator you will be responsible for onboarding new employee support, draft new joiner announcements, coordinate with facilities, IT support and procurement team. General hand holding and introduction power point explanation to the new joiner. You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities: Department Support like organise All hands meeting, presentations for the meetings, organise lunch/dinners for team meetings & other occasions, birthday and Anniversary mails to colleagues coordinate for anniversary gifts and other gifts and rewards and organise offsite and other fun activities for the team. Data collection of all type and at all levels in the unit. Publish monthly dashboard for - FTE, onboarding, monthly finance, KPI report. Other system management and other data collection for LoB(Line of Business). Purchase order(PO) creation (Trainings, Dept. specific licenses, system POs both for GBS and Denmark/LoB cost centre). Manage access for both Management & department teams\' platform. Responsible for team\'s folder and data management and periodic review of team\'s channel and ensure up-to-date teams. Manage the department head, director\'s calendar, prioritise meetings and share overview of following weeks and prepare director and publish the annual department meeting calendar. Qualifications Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in engineering, computer science (or equivalent) with 5-7 years of relevant experience. Good interpersonal skills, planning & organizing. Service oriented. Microsoft office expertise. Ability to collaborate & communicate across various stakeholders. Ability to represent NN in relation with users and external stakeholders. Excellent communication skills (written & oral - English). Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work with multiple stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
