Our work culture reflects high intent, empathy, and a relentless drive to create value for students.Objective of the Role:As part of the Student Affairs team, you will play a dual role as a mentor and campus operations manager, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for students. This includes academic guidance, emotional well-being, logistical coordination, and community building, while serving as a critical link between students, campus stakeholders, and internal teams.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:1. Student Success & Mentorship

  • Provide consistent, empathetic guidance through regular one-on-one mentorship and coaching sessions.
  • Support students in balancing their work-study responsibilities and aligning them with long-term goals.
  • Conduct workshops to build essential soft and professional skills.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to refine content based on student feedback.
  • Monitor student progress and proactively support those facing challenges.
  • Co-create individual growth plans aligned with each students aspirations.
2. On-Campus Operations & Support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for student concerns and queries.
  • Offer logistical, emotional, and academic support for students adapting to new cultural and academic environments.
  • Perform daily check-ins and pulse surveys to assess student satisfaction and well-being.
  • Coordinate with university, hostel, and vendor partners to resolve operational issues swiftly.
  • Guide students through administrative processes such as university documentation, visas, and accommodation.
3. Community Engagement & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Cultivate a vibrant, inclusive student community through events, peer networks, and cultural programs.
  • Encourage student participation and peer-to-peer collaboration.
  • Serve as a representative of the student community in interactions with partner institutions and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal teams (admissions, academics, counseling) to ensure coordinated support and issue resolution.
Who You Are:
  • 2+ years of experience in student counseling, customer success, operations, or coaching roles.
  • Passionate about student development and committed to long-term engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills empathetic, clear communicator, and effective in resolving conflicts.
  • Comfortable working with multicultural and international student populations.
  • Highly organized, solution-oriented, and proactive in managing dynamic campus needs.
  • Willing to be stationed full-time at a designated campus location with occasional travel.
