Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager / Floor Manager / Department Manager to lead operations for our consumer electronics retail store. The role involves driving sales, managing a high-performing team, ensuring superior customer service, and delivering business objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Home Appliances (HA), Home Entertainment (HE), Mobile, IT & Telecom (MIT), or other consumer electronics categories.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Drive sales performance and achieve store/department revenue targets.

Implement promotional strategies and monitor category-wise performance.

Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.

Customer Experience

Ensure exceptional customer service and post-sales support.

Manage escalations and resolve queries promptly.

Train staff to enhance product knowledge and upselling techniques.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, motivate, and coach sales staff for high performance.

Plan and manage shift schedules to ensure smooth floor operations.

Conduct regular training on product updates and customer engagement.

Operational Excellence

Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.

Ensure adherence to visual merchandising and brand guidelines.

Monitor compliance with company policies, processes, and safety standards.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare periodic sales and performance reports.

Coordinate with regional/zonal teams for promotions, supply chain, and marketing campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 4-10 years in retail operations, preferably in consumer electronics.

Category Knowledge: Hands-on experience in HA, HE, MIT, or retail electronic products.

Strong understanding of retail KPIs (footfall conversion, ATV, UPT, etc.).

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Graduate (MBA preferred, but not mandatory).
