Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned department within the store
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints professionally
Lead, motivate, and supervise department staff to achieve sales targets
Monitor stock levels, visual merchandising, and product displays
Coordinate with store management for promotions, offers, and sales planning
Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards
Maintain sales reports and track department performance
Key Skills & Requirements
Minimum 2+ year of experience
Good communication and people management skills
Strong understanding of retail sales and customer handling
Ability to work in a fast-paced mall environment
Basic knowledge of inventory and billing processes
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused attitude
