Job Description

The Grocery Team Leader oversees daily operations, manages inventory, and leads a team to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and train grocery associates. Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering. Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues. Maintain compliance with store policies and food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous grocery or retail experience (supervisory preferred). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to lift/move products and work flexible hours.
