Department Manager - Samoh
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Growth
: Drive sales performance by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the department.
Team Leadership
: Lead, motivate, and coach sales associates and other department staff, conducting team briefings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
Customer Experience
: Foster an engaging environment, provide product knowledge, offer styling suggestions, and build customer relationships to ensure high standards of customer service.
Visual Merchandising
: Execute visual merchandising plans, ensuring product display and store presentation align with brand guidelines to attract customers.
Inventory Management
: Oversee stock rotation, manage product replenishment, and ensure accurate inventory levels and product visibility on the floor.
Operations
: Ensure adherence to store procedures, support daily operational tasks like opening/closing and stock counts, and manage staff scheduling.
Loss Prevention
: Implement and maintain loss prevention strategies and safety protocols.
Reporting
: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, units per transaction (UPT), and average transaction value (ATV).
Key Qualifications & Skills
Experience
: Prior experience in fashion retail management is often a requirement.
Leadership Skills
: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Commercial Acumen
: Deep understanding of fashion trends and commercial strategy.
Customer Service
: Exceptional skills in delivering excellent customer service.
Analytical Skills
: Ability to understand and manage sales data and KPIs.
Communication
: Excellent communication skills for team and customer interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
