Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Department Manager to lead the Unstitched Suits division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring smooth merchandising, driving sales, maintaining inventory, and delivering excellent customer service standards. This role requires strong leadership, product knowledge, and the ability to align departmental goals with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Ensure proper stock management, replenishment, and timely coordination with procurement. Monitor product displays, visual merchandising, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. Track customer preferences and market trends to recommend product improvements. Train, supervise, and motivate the sales team to provide exceptional service. Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Prepare sales reports, analyze performance data, and share insights with management. Collaborate with marketing and buying teams for promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail/fashion industry, preferably in ethnic wear/unstitched suits. Strong knowledge of fabrics, fashion trends, and ethnic apparel market. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle inventory management systems and sales reporting tools. Strong problem-solving ability and customer-oriented approach. Flexible to work in a retail environment with weekends/holiday schedules.
