Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven

Store Manager

to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail outlet. The right candidate will be responsible for managing the team, boosting sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily store activities Supervise, guide, and motivate staff to achieve targets Monitor inventory levels and place timely merchandise orders Drive sales performance and meet defined goals Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism Organize and lead regular team meetings Manage budgets, control operational costs, and optimize efficiency Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing

Requirements

Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work on weekends and holidays when required Familiarity with MS Office and POS systems Hands-on experience in apparel retail and billing management Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
