Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervise and guide staff, ensuring team alignment with store goals.
Sales Management:
Achieve sales targets by motivating the team and driving customer engagement.
Customer Service:
Ensure high-quality customer service and handle complaints or queries effectively.
Inventory Control:
Manage stock levels, assist with restocking, and ensure products are well-displayed.
Training & Development:
Onboard, train, and provide continuous development opportunities for team members.
Visual Merchandising:
Ensure the store layout and product displays align with company standards.
Reporting & Administration:
Track sales, customer feedback, and inventory performance; report to management

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
