Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with service in-charges across all stores for efficient workflow
Monitor service request status and ensure timely updates
Maintain accurate digital service records (no manual tracking)
Ensure timely delivery of watches from stores to service center
Oversee handling of customer complaints and implement corrective actions
Approve purchase requests for spare parts and tools
Monitor technician performance and ensure service TAT compliance
Maintain stock levels of spares, tools, and customer items
Requirements:
Experience in service coordination or after-sales service preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of service workflows and reporting tools
Ability to lead teams and train staff in customer service
