Gender Female Education Graduate Age 35 - 45 Years Experience 10 years or more in retail industry preferably from Handloom Textiles, Apparels, Hospitality or Jewelry. Salary Rs. 4.5 - 4.8 Lakhs Per Year Languages English, Kannada and Hindi

1. Effectively convert all walk-ins and online queries into sales through the help of the staff 2. Setting up monthly/weekly target for Sales Staff, Supervisors, FAs and other Managers. 3. Prepare Sales and Customer Relation Report by analyzing and categorizing sales information. 4. Identify and investigate the customer complaints and suggestions. 5. Conducting periodic review of staff job results and learning needs with the help of other Manager(s)/ Supervisor(s). 6. Manager styling and special orders 7. Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand and gives regular reports o the Head office. 8. Coordinate with backend team for Bespoke orders 9. Connect with VIP Customers and improve sales and relationships 10. Keeping track of regular training programs by coordinating with the Trainers also assisting them with proper feedback. 11. Delivering Floor training sessions. 12. Arrange proper demonstration of merchandise with the help of FAs. 13. Making sure that the VM of the entire store is well maintained and up to date. 14. Maintain a safe and clean Store environment. 15. Be updated on maintaining awareness of market trends prevailing in the retail industry. Other Requirements 1. The incumbent should be trustworthy with impeccable integrity, sound work ethics, and dynamic and with excellent people communication skills. 2. Should have good references 3. Shall be able to reach the showroom in thirty minutes

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
