Your Role



Developing Testing strategy, footprint, and product test execution for all AS&UX Domains (ADAS/Body functions/ Digital Cockpits) Leading alignment to Engineering development processes (PDP, ASPICE) from test competency Aligning and enabling the Global Test Organization within Global Engineering Organizations Managing Global Competency Footprint Ensuring consistent global System Integration test quality Investing in test quality through standardization, reuse, and automation Creating in-house and offshore test workspaces Enabling test metrics/quality visual radiators and culture of ownership Removing systemic issues causing program escalations Taking ownership of competencies within the managed organization Setting vision and mission for global test organization Managing global budget compliance, forecasting, and actualsYour Background

Experience in leading large system test teams in Automotive Industry
