Position Overview
SJP Auto Lubes is seeking a Department Incharge to lead warehouse, dispatch, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in billing systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle) and proven leadership in managing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, logistics, and dispatch activities.
Lead, supervise, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.
Handle billing processes, documentation, and reporting accurately using SAP, Tally, or Oracle.
Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and meet operational KPIs.
Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and dispatch.
Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6-9 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, dispatch, and billing operations.
Proficiency in SAP, Tally, or Oracle systems.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment and manage multiple priorities.
Additional Information
Preference will be given to candidates with extensive knowledge of billing, dispatch, warehouse, and logistics operations.
