Job Description
To lead Prodn Engg team responsible for establishment and optimisation of manufacturing processes and resources ( Equipment , Building , manpower) on PQCDMS parameters to meet ever changing customer needs for existing as well as new products
Key Responsibilities
To ensure availability of capacity to meet delivery targets consistently for existing products & New Models
To ensure timely launch of new products while meeting QCD targets as per master schedule
To ensure up gradation of technology in area of manufacturing / Digitisation / Environment etc
To ensure continual improvement in processes in order to optimise / reduce / achieve targets set for Productivity , Quality , Variable & Fixed Cost, Delivery , Safety and Environment parameters
Institutionalizing the culture of continuous improvement, sustenance and breakthrough to improve people competencies, motivation and agility
Ensuring Civil activities of Plant
