An ICSE school in Secunderabad is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Department Head (Mathematics)
to lead the Maths department, mentor teachers, and ensure high academic standards aligned with ICSE curriculum requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Mathematics Department and oversee academic planning.
Develop and implement yearly academic plans, lesson plans, and assessments.
Guide, mentor, and supervise Maths faculty.
Ensure adherence to ICSE curriculum standards and teaching methodologies.
Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
Coordinate with school leadership for academic improvements.
Review student performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Organize departmental meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Support school management in curriculum development and exam planning.
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and academic excellence within the department.
