Experience:

Suitable years of experience in hospital/healthcare operations Proven ability to coordinate departmental activities and manage teams effectively

Key Responsibilities:

Overall coordination and management of department operations Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and quality standards Effective communication between staff, management, and other departments Monitoring performance and supporting process improvements

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and coordination skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in hospital or healthcare setup will be an added advantage
