Role Description
The Departmental Coordinator will closely work with the Director which includes managing daily administrative tasks which includes acting as a facilitator between the Director and the various department, scheduling meetings upon Director's availability, arranging travel, attending meetings and preparing reports (MOM), maintaining records and ensuring that departmental operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in project management and coordination
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with office administration and record-keeping
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with logistics and warehousing operations is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
