Responsibilities:
- Enter product data, including descriptions, images, prices, and specifications, into the company\'s e-commerce platform accurately and efficiently.
- Update product information, inventory levels, and pricing on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and consistency across all listings.
- Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of product data and resolve any discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with the product management team to ensure timely and accurate product launches and updates.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of product categories, attributes, and filters to optimize the online shopping experience.
- Monitor product listings for compliance with company policies, branding guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive product information and customer data.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry with excellent speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product management systems (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho etc).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices for online product listings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with product data feeds and bulk upload tools.
- Knowledge of image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) for resizing and optimizing product images
