Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Data Entry Operator

to support our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing logistics-related data, ensuring records are up to date, and assisting with inventory tracking, shipment documentation, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter shipment data, delivery information, and order details into logistics software or databases. Update and maintain records for inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data related to inventory, freight, and transportation. Assist with generating reports on logistics performance and order status. Coordinate with warehouse staff and transport providers to verify documentation. Maintain digital and paper files for invoices, bills of lading, and delivery receipts. Identify and report discrepancies or delays to the logistics supervisor. Support administrative tasks and contribute to smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or business is a plus). Proven experience in data entry, logistics, or a similar role. Strong typing skills and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). Ability to work independently and under pressure. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Basic understanding of shipping and warehouse procedures is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
