Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate
Dentist
to join our growing team at Rootz Dental Care and Implant Center. The ideal candidate should have a strong clinical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality dental care. Experience or interest in
implantology
and advanced procedures is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform dental examinations and accurately diagnose oral health issues.
Carry out a full range of dental treatments including fillings, root canals, crowns, bridges, and extractions.
Assist or lead in implant procedures as per experience.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment plans, and post-procedure care.
Maintain thorough and accurate patient records using dental software.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Stay updated with latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education programs.
Qualifications:
BDS or MDS from a recognized dental college.
Valid dental license to practice.
Minimum 6 months of clinical experience preferred / Freshers are also preferred
Proficiency in general dentistry procedures; implant experience is an added advantage.
Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and communication skills.
Patient-focused with a gentle and empathetic approach.
