We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist (BDS/MDS) to join our growing team on a
profit-sharing basis
. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, proficient in general dentistry, and interested in a performance-linked earning model.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include performing clinical procedures such as examinations, diagnoses, restorative procedures, root canal treatments, scaling, polishing, and extractions. Dentists are also expected to manage patients by creating treatment plans, providing oral hygiene education, and ensuring patient comfort. Maintaining accurate patient records, adhering to compliance protocols for sterilization and infection control, and contributing to clinic growth through quality care and patient retention are also part of the role.
Compensation Structure
Compensation follows a profit-sharing model based on a percentage of the revenue generated by the associate dentist. This structure typically does not include a fixed salary, although a minimal base retainer may be provided.
