Job Location - Ghatkopar Raheja Plaza

Shift Timings - 10- 7 pm

6 Days Working , Sunday off

Responsibilities: o Providing tele/video consultations for the customers who have opted for Toothsi. o Explaining clinical procedures and treatment plans to the customers, ensuring that the patient gets the best plan from Toothsi. o To resolve issues in the plan and solve dental-specific queries about our services. o Ensure query resolution within 24 hours and ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms. o Collaborate closely with the Planning and Cross Functional teams to discuss 3D aligners and clearly communicate actionable steps to our customers.

Dental Training for NHI Batches

Requirements: o 0 to 3 years of experience in the field of dentistry. o Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry. o Strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking. o Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. o Motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fastpaced, ever-changing, and sometimes uncertain environment. o The ability to understand things quickly and learn on your own

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
