Location: Ludhiana

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Dentist (BDS/MDS) to join our dental clinic in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in general and specialized dental procedures, excellent patient-handling skills, and a passion for providing high-quality dental care.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Consultation & Diagnosis

Conduct thorough dental check-ups, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records and case histories.
Dental Procedures & Treatments

Perform routine and advanced dental procedures, including fillings, RCTs, extractions, crowns, and bridges. For MDS candidates: Specialized treatments in Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Orthodontics, Periodontics, or Oral Surgery. Ensure sterilization and infection control protocols are followed strictly.
Patient Care & Relationship Management

Build strong patient relationships by ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience. Address patient concerns and provide post-treatment care instructions. Follow up with patients to monitor treatment progress and satisfaction.
Clinic Operations & Team Collaboration

Work closely with dental assistants and clinic staff to ensure smooth workflow. Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and integrate them into practice. Assist in dental camp initiatives, community outreach, and marketing activities to promote clinic services.
Requirements:

? Education: BDS/MDS from a recognized university with a valid dental license.

? Experience: Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in general or specialized dentistry.

? Skills:

Strong expertise in diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution. Excellent patient-handling skills with a compassionate approach. Knowledge of modern dental technologies and techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Jamalpur Colony, Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
