1-year contractual basis
with specific terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, root canals, and extractions.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
Handle dental emergencies with care and professionalism.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and clinical protocols.
Collaborate with specialists and clinic staff for comprehensive patient care.
Participate in dental camps, outreach programs, and promotional activities organized by the clinic.
Qualifications & Skills:
BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) is mandatory; MDS preferred.
Valid dental registration/license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage patients empathetically and professionally.
Commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
Work Schedule & Shift Timings:
Weekly Off:
1 day per week
Casual Leave:
1 CL per month
Regular Shifts:
10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Extended Hours:
Occasionally up to 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM depending on patient flow
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range:
?28,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Performance-Based Incentives:
May be offered based on consistent performance

Fines or reductions may apply for poor performance or policy violations

Contract Duration:
1-year mandatory contract
Early resignation is not permitted. Premature termination by the employee will incur a penalty of ?2,00,000.
Document Submission:
One original certificate must be submitted for the duration of the contract as a security measure. It will be returned after successful completion.
Performance & Disciplinary Measures:
Consistent underperformance may lead to salary revision or penalties.
Any negligence, misconduct, or breach of policy may result in fines as determined by management.
Workplace Expectations:
Must be able to work in a high-pressure, dynamic clinical environment.
Professional conduct and punctuality are mandatory.
Branch Support:
May be required to temporarily support other branches as per management needs.
Leave Policy:
Unapproved leave on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will result in
Loss of Pay (LOP)
.
Weekend leave requests must be submitted
at least 20 days in advance
.
Unauthorized extensions of leave will also result in LOP.
Shift Adherence:
Primary shift: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Must be flexible to extend working hours based on patient requirements.
