Job Title: Senior Dental Surgeon - OPD (Reputed Hospital)

We seek a skilled and experienced Senior Dental Surgeon to manage the dental OPD in a reputed hospital. The role requires independent clinic management, proficiency in all contemporary dental procedures, and active participation in dental camps and outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage the hospital's dental OPD, ensuring smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

- Perform all contemporary dental procedures, including restorative, prosthetic, endodontic, and surgical treatments.

- Maintain accurate patient records and follow hospital protocols for treatment and sterilization.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of doctors and specialists when required.

- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment plans.

- Actively participate in dental camps, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach programs.

- Stay updated with advancements in dental technology and ensure best practices are followed.

Requirements:

- BDS/MDS from a recognized institution.

- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.

- Ability to handle OPD independently and manage patient flow efficiently.

- Expertise in single-sitting root canals, laser dentistry, zirconia crowns, implants, and aligners preferred.

- Strong communication and patient management skills.

- Willingness to participate in outreach programs and dental camps.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
