job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and responsible Chief Dental Surgeon to independently manage and operate our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental care, overseeing all clinical operations, managing staff, and ensuring patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive dental diagnosis, treatment planning, and procedures including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments. Manage all clinical operations efficiently and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Maintain high standards of patient care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. Supervise and mentor junior dental staff, if any, and coordinate their activities. Prescribe and monitor appropriate dental treatments, medications, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment documentation. Ensure infection control protocols and sterilization procedures are strictly followed. Requirements:

BDS/ MDS Degree from a recognized dental college. Valid dental license to practice (State Dental Council registration). Proven experience of at least [3years] performing dental procedures independently. Manage clinic supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory. Handle patient complaints or concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly. Promote the clinic's services and facilities to attract new patients. Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards. Strong clinical skills across various dental disciplines.

Working Hours:

[Specify hours, 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Excellent communication and patient management skills. Ability to work independently and handle all clinic responsibilities. Knowledge of dental software and record-keeping. Ethical, professional, and patient-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,340.48 per month
