Job Description

We are seeking a warm, confident, and proactive Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact at our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming experience for patients, handle calls with empathy, and effectively manage clinic operations through CRM, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Canva. A pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into appointments are key for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction & Care Welcome and attend to patients with empathy and professionalism. Address patient queries and provide accurate information about treatments, procedures, and appointments. Ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for at all times. Telephonic & Lead Management Handle all incoming and outgoing calls politely and professionally. Convert telephonic and digital leads into confirmed appointments. Follow up with patients and leads to ensure higher conversion and retention. Administrative & Data Handling Manage appointments and scheduling efficiently. Maintain and update patient records in Google Sheets and the Clinic CRM. Prepare and update reports, presentations, and communication materials using PowerPoint. Assist in creating simple designs for patient education and clinic promotions using Canva. Communication & Representation Communicate confidently and fluently in English (knowledge of Hindi/local language is an advantage). Present a professional and positive image of the clinic at all times. Assist in managing patient feedback and online reputation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to empathize and handle patients with care. Confident and persuasive in converting inquiries into appointments. Proficiency in Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Canva & CRM tools. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Presentable, well-groomed with a pleasing personality. Professional, punctual, and trustworthy.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate (preferred in any stream). Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is desirable. Freshers with excellent communication skills and the right attitude may also apply.

Pay: ?8,923.11 - ?16,044.24 per month
