Key Responsibilities
Promote and market dental products (e.g., pediatric crowns, instruments, materials, equipment) to dental professionals.
Conduct regular visits to dental clinics, institutions, and distributors to generate leads and close sales.
Provide product demonstrations, training, and clinical information when required.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for product promotion and brand visibility.
Maintain and expand client relationships to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Gather market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support product development.
Participate in dental conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and update CRM/sales tracking systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Dentistry, or related field.
Previous experience in dental or medical product sales/marketing is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop relationships and build trust with dental professionals.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Basic understanding of dental procedures and materials is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
