Job Summary

The Dental Product Specialist will be responsible for driving the adoption, training, and support of scanO air (AI Robot) across dental clinics and institutions. This role bridges business operations and end users, ensuring a smooth experience and high customer satisfaction while representing the brand in both digital and on-ground environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full sales cycle for scanO air -- from lead generation to closure Demonstrate deep knowledge of scanO's AI ecosystem and communicate its benefits effectively Conduct virtual and in-person product demos for clinics and hospitals Attend dental events, exhibitions, and conferences for outreach and brand promotion Deliver hands-on training to doctors, assistants, and staff for scanO air and scanO engage Work with internal teams to relay feedback from end-users and support continuous product improvement Stay informed on dental industry trends, competitor products, and market shifts
Qualifications

BDS or MDS degree (mandatory) 3+ years of experience in dental practice or as a dental product specialist Prior experience in dental tech, sales, or startups will be an advantage
Skills Required

Strong clinical understanding of dental procedures and patient workflows Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidence in presenting to both individual practitioners and groups Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively Willingness to travel for client visits, demos, and events
