We are looking for a

reliable and detail-oriented Documentation Analyst

to manage the

onboarding process

for dental clinics enrolling on our platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying all submitted documents, maintaining digital records, coordinating with the team, and communicating with clinics regarding any missing or incorrect information.

This is a

remote, part-time

opportunity with a commitment of 2 hours per day and flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:



Review and verify clinic documents submitted during enrollment (e.g., license, PAN, GST, CBCT approvals, AERB certificates, clinic photos) Maintain and update the

Clinic Document Tracker

(in Google Sheets/Docs) Identify missing or incorrect documents and communicate politely with the clinics to collect them Call or WhatsApp the clinic contact person when follow-up is needed Ensure every clinic has a proper

Google Drive folder

with organized documentation Confirm that the clinic is

enrolled and listed correctly

on the platform/website Coordinate with internal team members (relationship managers, tech team, or listing team) to resolve onboarding gaps Maintain

data confidentiality

and handle all clinic files securely and responsibly

Required Skills:



Proficient in

Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive

Fluent in

English (spoken and written)

Able to maintain confidentiality of clinic data Reliable internet connection and mobile phone for remote communication

Compensation & Benefits:
