Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the paediatric dentist during clinical procedures including preventive, restorative, and surgical treatments. Prepare and maintain dental instruments, materials, and equipment. Ensure high standards of infection control and clinic cleanliness are maintained at all times. Calm and comfort young patients during appointments, adapting communication to suit their age and understanding. Record patient notes, treatment details, and update digital records accurately. Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to parents/guardians. Support in behavior management techniques specific to children, including special needs patients. Educate children and families on oral hygiene and preventive care. Sterilize instruments and manage inventory of dental supplies. Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and dental regulatory guidelines.
