Role & Responsibilities:

Provide academic guidance and practical training in dental sciences Deliver engaging lectures and demonstrations to students Guide students in clinical procedures and laboratory practices Prepare lesson plans and academic materials Evaluate student performance through assessments and practical exams Support students' professional development and skill enhancement Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment

Requirements:

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)

OR

Diploma in Dental Technician

OR

Dental Assistant Certification Good communication and teaching skills Passion for mentoring and student development Prior teaching experience is an advantage (but not mandatory)
