We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Doctor Trainer to train students pursuing careers as Dental Assistants and related healthcare roles. The trainer will focus on practical dental knowledge, clinical procedures, and industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities

Train students in dental assisting theory and practical procedures Explain dental instruments, treatments, sterilization, and chair-side assistance Conduct hands-on demonstrations and clinical simulations Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments Guide students for hospital, clinic, or international job readiness Monitor student progress and provide individual feedback Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment
Requirements

BDS / MDS qualification Clinical experience in dentistry (teaching experience preferred) Strong communication and mentoring skills Ability to explain concepts in a simple, practical manner Passion for teaching and student development
