Key Responsibilities

Assemble dental chairs and related equipment according to technical specifications and engineering drawings. Perform wiring, tubing, and installation of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components. Conduct functional tests to ensure the proper operation of dental chairs, including movements, controls, and safety features. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic issues during assembly or after production tests. Collaborate with the production and quality teams to maintain manufacturing standards. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards. Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes and test results. Provide technical support for service, maintenance, and repair tasks when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in

manufacturing or assembly of dental chairs

(mandatory). Strong understanding of

wiring, tubing, and connections

used in dental chair systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly manuals. Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
